Job description
We are looking for a new Service Advisor to complement our service department team.
You will be responsible for greeting customers in the service department, opening repair orders, providing proper explanations on the work to be done on their vehicles, while providing a very high level of customer service. You will also have to schedule appointments over the phone, follow-up on your files, manage a fleet of courtesy vehicles and distribute repair orders to Technicians.
Our criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Focused on customer service.

- A schedule from Monday to Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, from 8 a.m. to noon (no evenings, no weekends);
