Parts Clerk

Les Distributions Larco, a company with a network of 5 well-established branches, is currently looking for candidates to fill a position of automotive parts clerk in our Pincourt branch.

Main job-related tasks:

- Interact with customers, respond to them and follow up with them on a daily basis, responding quickly to requests in a courteous and efficient manner;
- Sell a diverse range of products by telephone, fax, email and over the counter;
- Use the computer system to find the parts needed for repairs;
- Ensure parts orders for customers are filled correctly and delivered in a timely and efficient manner;
- Implement the store's business plan while respecting company directives;
- Answer telephone calls, provide prices and offer any other information.

The desired candidate must:

- Have a minimum of knowledge of automobile parts;
- Be bilingual (French/English);
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and be helpful;
- Work effectively in a team;
- Provide superior customer service.
