Sales Consultant - above-average salary!

Our Blainville Ford dealership is currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join its existing team.

Salary:

- Pay plan above dealership average;
- Possibility of earning $100,000 per year and more depending on your performance.

Main duties:

- Be dynamic, motivated and dedicated to customer satisfaction;
- Greet customers and be able to establish a relationship of trust with them;
- Be a good listener and be able to determine customer needs;
- Explain products to customers and present different options;
- Keep abreast of new product developments;
- Offer test drives to potential customers;
- Deliver cars to customers, making sure they understand operating specifications. As well as connecting and explaining the Ford Pass application;
- Solicit and seek out new customers on a regular basis;
- Carry out necessary customer follow-ups;
- Update your notes and follow-ups in our CRM.

We are looking for:

- At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Persuasive skills;
- Knowledge of Ford products (an asset);
- Computer experience;
- Have a valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of Activix CRM (an asset).
