As a major recreational vehicles dealership, we are currently seeking candidates to fill a TECHNICAL ADVISER position within our service department team.

In the course of the work, the jobholder will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Schedule department appointments;
- Identify, establish and analyze customer needs;
- Coordinate and manage technicians' work schedules according to priorities;
- Advise customers and suggest manufacturer-recommended maintenance;
- Advise and sell the various services offered;
- Open and close repair orders;
- Follow up with customers on work progress;
- Follow up on warranty claims and insurance files;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to customer service;
- Ensure customer satisfaction with after-sales service.
Here's the profile we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of basic mechanical principles;
- Recreational vehicle skills (an asset).
