Service Advisor

The candidate we're looking for must be rigorous, have a positive attitude, be a good team player and be passionate about challenges and success.
In the course of your duties, you'll serve customers by advising them on the products they need to keep their vehicles running smoothly and well-maintained. You'll have to exceed their expectations in terms of after-sales service.

Here are a few examples of your duties:

- Booking appointments;
- Greeting customers;
- Inspect vehicles in the arrival area;
- Open and close work orders;
- Follow-up on parts on order;
- Follow Honda surveys;
- Follow-up on month-ends and warranties.
- Work closely with the Service Manager, colleagues, technicians and parts clerks.

The candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. The jobholder must also have training in a vocational training center or a minimum of training with Honda or any other manufacturer. The incumbent must be bilingual (French and English).

Job type: full-time, from Monday to Friday.

Salary: base salary + interesting commissions including monthly bonuses.

Experience: Retail, 2 years preferred.
