  • Ensure Accuracy: Prepare detailed repair orders, cost estimates, and obtain approvals with clarity and transparency.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Update clients on repair progress, manage expectations, and follow up post-service to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Promote Excellence: Collaborate with technicians to maintain workflow efficiency and ensure all repairs meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Stay Knowledgeable: Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date with Mercedes-Benz standards and industry advancements.


What We're Looking For:
 

  • Experience: 1-2 years in automotive service, preferably in a dealership setting. Sales experience is a bonus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Familiarity with service software is a plus.
  • Knowledge: General understanding of automotive service procedures and vehicle operations.
  • Professionalism: A polished appearance and demeanor, aligned with Mercedes-Benz's luxury standards.
  • License: A valid driver's license with a clean record.
