Main responsibilities :
The technical advisor is responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to define and identify vehicle repair and maintenance needs. He/she is the link between the customer and the mechanic, so it's important that he/she is able to understand customer needs, and understand and explain the technical aspects of motor vehicles. More concretely :
YOUR MISSION
- Welcoming customers;
- Answering calls, taking customer requests;
- Listen and analyze customer needs, explain necessary repairs;
- Administrative or accounting tasks such as managing appointments and paying invoices;
- Transferring information between technicians and customers;
- Sales of various services: after-sales, prevention services;
- Customer loyalty;
- Estimate repairs;
- Determine whether repairs are within warranty limits;
- Follow-up repairs on a systematic basis and keep customers informed of repair progress.

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in automotive mechanics and diagnostics (2 to 5 years minimum);
- Good IT skills;
- Excellent oral and written French;
- Team-oriented;
- Able to multitask;
- Patience;
- Organized.
