We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parts department, including managing inventory, ordering, and the distribution of automotive parts and accessories. You will work closely with our service team, sales staff, and customers to ensure the timely availability of parts, efficient processes, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely deliveries, and effective communication.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal overstock.
- Manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity, providing training and support to maintain high performance.
- Oversee the department's financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control, ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure parts availability and seamless operations across departments.
What we're looking for:
- Technical knowledge and experience in the parts and accessories industries.
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of parts and accessories, the supply chain and logistics of operating a trade distribution system.
- Ability to organize clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources.
- Knowledge of vehicle legislation, automotive industry and trade practices.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
