Reporting to the Group Prime Finance Manager, this hybrid role will see you working across extended service plans, remote customer support, and group-wide strategic initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge resources to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Extended Service Plans and Aftersales Warranty Sales

 

  • Utilize dealership databases to identify and engage existing customers for extended service plans.
  • Proactively connect with service clients using provided scripts and strategies to generate leads.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of warranties and service plans, driving aftersales revenue.


Delivery and Customer Follow-Up Support

 

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with clients who did not initially purchase insurance, assisting with questions and confirming PAC (Product and Customer Assistance) was offered.
  • Provide remote delivery support to smaller dealerships using virtual technology platforms for a seamless customer experience.


Special Projects and Powersports

 

  • Serve as a Steele Wheels FSM, managing specialized powersports pre-approvals and final delivery.
  • Explore remote sales opportunities, focusing on warranty sales with potential upselling to new vehicle sales.


Temporary In-House Support

 

  • Step in as an interim FSM for Steele HRM dealers, providing short-term coverage during absences or peak demand periods.
  • Adapt to work across various departments to address immediate store needs.


What We're Looking For:

 

  • Proven experience in F&I management or similar roles within the automotive industry.
  • Expertise in warranty sales, extended service plans, and customer engagement strategies.
  • A tech-savvy individual ready to leverage virtual platforms to enhance customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships and driving sales.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different roles and environments within the group.
