Key Responsibilities
As a Concierge/Admin Assistant, you will:
- Customer Greeting & Engagement: Greet and welcome customers upon entry to the dealership, ensuring they feel valued and at ease as they begin their visit.
- Traffic Management: Efficiently manage the flow of customers between departments, ensuring they are quickly connected to the appropriate team member (Sales Consultant, Service, Parts, etc.).
- Up System Management: Assist in managing the Up system alongside Sales Consultants, helping to ensure the timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries and appointments.
- Customer Lounge & Coffee Station Management: Oversee and maintain the customer coffee station and lounge area, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting space for visitors to relax.
- Prospect Information Entry: Accurately enter prospect management information into our IDS system, helping to maintain up-to-date records and follow-ups.
- Traffic Logs & Reporting: Update daily traffic logs on a weekly basis, keeping an organized record of customer visits, inquiries, and other related metrics.
- General Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized Adventure Experience Coordinator podium and surrounding areas, ensuring the dealership remains welcoming and professional.
- Additional Duties: Assist with any other tasks as directed by the Senior Sales Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the dealership.

- Team Player: You enjoy collaborating closely with the Sales team, Service department, and other staff members to provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, especially when managing customer information and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, especially within hospitality (hotels, restaurants) or automotive/retail industries, is a plus.

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 depending on background and experience.
