The Jim Pattison Auto Group has a new opportunity for an BDC Lead Coordinator to join our centralized internet team!
Overview:
Reporting to the BDC Assistant Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our internet clients. As a Lead coordinator, you must be self-motivated, high-energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Our internet lead coordinator is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales by performing the following duties:
- Following up on all internet leads.
- Responding to customer inquiries over the phone, through emails and online media outlets.
- Meeting individual and department goals.
- Promoting new business and contributing to the company's customer base by sourcing new customers.
- Providing a superior experience and exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrating high levels of product knowledge and keeping up to date with trainings.
- Setting monthly productivity goals and implementation procedures.

- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver's license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract is required.
