Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously, in person and on the phone;
- Handle incoming telephone calls and e-mails;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to dealership management;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- An organized, professional individual with excellent customer service skills;
- Good command of French, with basic English;
- Experience in administration or reception (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of computer tools.
