Job description
Subaru de Laval, a large and growing automotive dealership on the North Shore of Montreal, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant and/or Sales Secretary who is autonomous and focused on results to fill a position within its team.
As part of your duties, you will, among other things, be responsible for the following tasks, while assisting the pre-owned vehicles sales department with various administrative tasks, including:
- Sales contracts between dealers ("wholesale");
- SAAQclic;
- Follow-ups of vehicles in preparation;
- Posting of vehicles on the Internet;
- Etc.
