Being the go-to resource for the dealership, the General Manager's main performance areas will be to plan, lead, coach, develop, measure and motivate.

Duties:

- Leverage your organizational skills, strong analytical ability, and big-picture thinking to implement strategies and procedures that will ensure organizational goals are met;
- Develop a culture that values an excellent customer experience through training, supervision, coaching and performance management of the team;
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures in collaboration with the Couture Group representatives and manufacturers;
- Monitor performance indicators of operations and propose actions if necessary;
- Establish and implement monthly and annual marketing budgets and participate in their realization;
- Recruit, train, motivate and empower the dealership team;
- Be involved in the community as an ambassador for the dealership.
