Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer purchase files;
- Verify and assemble all necessary documents (contracts, proof of income, identification, etc.);
- Deliver new and used vehicles;
- Confirm customer appointments;
- Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery and that the items mentioned on the sales contract have been completed;
- Follow-up on financial and ancillary products;
- Sign documents with the customer in a professional and efficient manner;
- Deliver the vehicle (explain vehicle components, new technologies, carry out customizations, etc.);
- Present the after-sales service department to customers;
- Schedule the first service appointment;
- Register the vehicle with the SAAQ;
- Collect all final charges;
- Answer all customer questions prior to departure;
- Ensure that the customer is fully satisfied;
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after delivery.
