Job Duties

 

  • Adhere to the company Mission, Vision & Values
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assist Service & Parts Advisor with creating and closing work orders and estimates
  • Maintaining inventory levels
  • Assist with ordering and receiving Parts
  • Provide Customer Service at Point of Sale
  • Ensure follow up with customers
  • Assist in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service & Parts Advisor
  • Maintain a neat desk service counter area
  • Any other items, as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager


Requirements

 

  • Secondary education
  • Customer Service experience
  • Retail experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience with RV's is considered an asset
