Service Advisor

Le Circuit Ford Lincoln, a well-known Montreal dealership since 1971, meets its customers' automotive needs in terms of new and pre-owned vehicles. We are actually looking for a technical advisor.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and responding to customers;
- Opening and closing work orders;
- Estimating repairs along with the technician;
- Selling maintenance and other repairs;
- Ensuring follow-ups on the work in progress;
- Offering excellent customer service;
-Other tasks related to the service department.

Requirements:
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Versatility and resourcefulness;
- Dynamism and autonomy;
- Ability to handle pressure;
- Good team spirit;
- Diligence.
