Job description
SUMMARY:
Under the Auto Center Manager's supervision, the incumbent is responsible for welcoming customers to the service counter and represent the relationship between the client and the Mechanic. It must also communicate to customers by phone.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Greet the customer who comes to the service counter;
• Listen to customers about their problems and creates the work order in the system;
• Forwards information to the customer about their needs in reparations;
• Taking phone calls and appointments for the auto center;
• Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent knowledge of auto mechanics;
• Experience in customer service and as a Service Advisor (an asset);
• Ability to work with computerized systems;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Communicate in French and English (written and oral).
