This position is for you if:

- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor;
- You have a keen interest in customer service;
- You have a valid driver's licence;
- You have good stress management skills;
- You are bilingual (French / English);
- You have knowledge of Serti software (an asset).

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers;
- Advise customers on repairs and/or maintenance;
- Open work orders;
- Provide customers with cost estimates and explain the work to be done;
- Follow up on work to be done and inform customers;
- Close work orders;
- Perform any other related tasks.
