What you'll be doing:
 

  • Greeting customers upon arrival to the service department.
  • Perform walk-around inspection and assessment.
  • Confirming basic vehicle information.
  • Directing customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
  • General cleanliness of Service Drive-through.
  • Direct customers and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Arranging ride share/shuttle rides as necessary.
  • Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
  • Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and I.D tags in all the vehicles taken in for service.
  • General cleanliness and maintenance of department and dealership grounds as required.
  • Perform multiple check in procedures on incoming vehicles.
  • Perform other functions such as battery test, trouble code inspection, tire tread depth, etc.
  • Vacuuming of vehicles and taking through car wash.


What we need from you:
 

  • Be self-motivated, process driven and overall a team player!
  • General knowledge and experience in automotive field.
  • Have excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy connecting with customers and taking the time to connect with them!
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department.
  • Possess valid BC Drivers License with a clean driving abstract.
