The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced in the Service Advisor role - or similar

Motivated with strong communication skills

Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at working on a large customer-focused team

• Wage Range: $33.00-$38.27/Hour (experience dependent)
• Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Key Requirements:
 

• 2+ years as a Service Advisor (Automotive a plus)
• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Knowledge of warranty claim submission preferred
• Valid BC Drivers License is required
• Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
• Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge
