As our Digital Media Buyer, your contributions will have a direct and visible impact on our success and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing paid traffic across various channels, including native, display, and search, while also analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. You will set up, manage, and optimize in-house campaigns focused on both traffic generation and lead acquisition, utilizing a range of bidding strategies. As the paid advertising expert, you'll collaborate closely with our dealerships and the Marketing team to ensure we're driving the highest volume of sales and achieving our business goals.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Optimize, manage, and analyze account performance across multiple platforms, reviewing keywords, ad copy, analytics, and implementing necessary changes, along with providing budget management recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop media buying strategies and plans that are clearly communicated to both the team and clients, with measurable objectives and goals.
- Oversee account setup, structure, and ad flighting across all advertising platforms, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Continuously pursue new certifications and maintain current certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook to stay current with industry standards.
- Work closely with creative teams to enhance campaign assets, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and improve overall performance.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure accurate execution, ensuring the correct media message reaches the target audience.
- Stay informed on the latest industry research, including distribution and audience metrics, to optimize campaign strategies and maintain competitive insights.
What are the must-haves...
- Proven experience managing online traffic acquisition, with certifications in Google Ads, Advanced Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint.
- Expertise in running lead generation campaigns and a solid understanding of how lead generation funnels function.
- Proficient in using Google Suite of products, as well as the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in leveraging Google Ads for effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Ideally, you bring 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or environment.
- A quick learner who thrives in dynamic settings, with the ability to work independently while proactively collaborating with team members when needed.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the creation of relevant, accurate, and engaging copy.
- Self-sufficient and capable of managing daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss data, insights, and results confidently with stakeholders.
- Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, with a sharp focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Comfortable analyzing and reporting on ad spend performance, including pacing and result tracking.
- Well-versed in the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and internet marketing.
