Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals to excel in the automotive industry.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service accuracy.
  • Oversee repair procedures and maintain dealership standards.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff and assist with complex diagnostics.
  • Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members for continuous skill enhancement.
  • Monitor productivity and performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Provide timely assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Foster a culture of outstanding customer service through coaching and mentoring.


What We're Looking For:

 

  • 3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in Fixed Operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with a knack for motivating and guiding a team.
  • Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.
  • Strong time management abilities to manage a busy service department.
  • Prior managerial experience is a strong asset.
