Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
 

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Actively communicate the value of maintaining vehicles per manufacturer specifications and provide expert recommendations to enhance vehicle performance.


Appointment Coordination:
 

  • Schedule and manage service appointments using dealership systems.
  • Document and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information for smooth service handling


Service Process Management:
 

  • Prepare detailed repair orders and communicate with technicians for clear and efficient work delegation.
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds to inspect for additional needs and recommend relevant services.
  • Regularly update customers on service progress, obtaining approvals for additional repairs when necessary.


Sales and Profitability:
 

  • Provide detailed cost estimates for labor and parts, securing customer approval before proceeding.
  • Promote additional services and upsell maintenance packages where appropriate.


Quality Assurance:
 

  • Oversee vehicle inspections and ensure all repair work meets quality standards.
  • Validate service documentation, including warranty claims and maintenance logs.


Customer Satisfaction:
 

  • Explain completed work, associated charges, and next steps for future maintenance.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.


Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of service experience (dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Proficiency in service software systems.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service procedures.
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
