Service Advisor

Honda de Boucherville is looking for a Service Advisor to join its dynamic, high-performance team.

In the performance of your duties, you will:

- Greet customers, take charge of their vehicles and determine their needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Answer the phone promptly and courteously;
- Promote our specials and preventive maintenance.

The following skills are required for this position:

- 2 years of experience in after-sales service;
- Commitment to outstanding customer service;
- Punctuality, professionalism and courtesy;
- Dynamism, involvement and empathy.

We offer excellent working conditions, including:

- Daytime work schedule (Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.);
- Salary range of $80,000 per year and more, depending on performance and bonuses.
