Team Leader - Business Development Center (BDC)

Your role:

As a Leader, you will be at the heart of our Business Development Center (BDC) activity. Your responsibilities include:

- Motivate and coach a team of 5 customer communication specialists;
- Manage inbound requests (web and telephone) and optimize the customer experience;
- Follow up with customers to generate sales opportunities and appointments;
- Ensure the team's efficiency by guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, and produce monthly reports;
- Develop team skills to meet and exceed set objectives.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has ADC or call center experience with management responsibility;
- Has an excellent sense of leadership and naturally inspires his or her team;
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English);
- Is at ease with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in the automotive sector (an asset)

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, with a pre-established schedule including day, evening and potentially Saturday shifts.

Department opening hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 8pm;
- Friday: 8.30am - 6pm;
- Saturday: 10am - 4pm.

Work location: Pincourt (face-to-face).
