Job description
We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on our After-Sales Service team. Come and join us, you'll be working for a company with people who are passionate about their work.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers;
- Gather customer information and open work orders;
- Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers;
- Organize work schedules;
- Close work orders.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Concern for quality of customer service;
- Ability to handle pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good team spirit;
- Motivated and positive.
