We are looking for an Accounting Technician to play a key role in the financial and administrative management of our growing company. If you are self-motivated, rigorous and want to evolve in a collaborative environment, this is the job for you!

Your day-to-day role :

- Follow-up of customer accounts (invoicing, collection, reminders) and management of supplier accounts (entry of invoices, preparation of payments, follow-up of due dates);
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns (GST, QST, income tax) and provide documentation for year-end financial statements;
- Monthly submission of accounting information to the team and preparation of documents for annual reviews by financial partners;
- Archiving of accounting documents (invoices, receipts, bank statements) and working with the team to resolve financial and administrative issues;
- Payroll processing (preparation of timesheets, payroll confirmation in software, archiving of payroll statements and registers).

To be successful in this role :

- Technical diploma in accounting;
- Minimum of 5 years in accounting, ideally in a SME or in the automotive sector (an asset);
- Excellent command of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Google Drive;
- Organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
