Service Advisor - more than $90,000 per year

Our dealership sells over 2,000 vehicles a year, and our service department has over 5,000 customers. Our 46 employees in the after-sales service department have been selected with great care, because we hire people with customer service at heart and a positive spirit.

We are looking to add two Service Advisors to our existing team.

You will advise our customers on their vehicle needs. In addition, you will be responsible for opening and closing work orders and explaining billing to our customers. Whether you have a lot or a little experience, we'll be there to give you all the support you need to ensure your success.

Here's what's in store for you:

- You could earn over $90,000 per year (base salary + bonus);
- Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m;
- Start your weekend early - we close at 3pm on Fridays;
- Group insurance: health care, prescription drugs, dental care, life insurance, employee assistance program;
- Ongoing training.

Requirements:

- Experience in a dealership or garage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Computer skills (knowledge of Serti software an asset);
- Team spirit and teamwork;
- Outgoing and autonomous.
