Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, assists Sales Consultants in closing transactions, while respecting the dealership's laws, gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. Responsible for posting vehicles online, updating inventories and assisting the Sales Manager with administrative tasks. The main duties are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned to other functions.

Sales-related tasks:

- Greet customers, determine their needs and advise them appropriately;
- Play a key role in closing sales and delivering vehicles;
- Actively participate in closing customer transactions, play an influential role and approve sales;
- Maintain ongoing, personalized contact with customers and prospects, and ensure that sales consultants do the same;
- Promote the dealership's policies regarding the promotion and quality of customer service;
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits for customers.

Tasks related to team management:

- Support New Vehicle Sales Advisors in setting ambitious but achievable monthly and annual sales targets. Then provide the support they need to achieve them;
- Determine sales targets on a monthly and annual basis, then communicate them to the team;
- Manage commission files for used vehicle sales advisors;
- Track data, complete various tables and generate sales-related reports;
- Analyze various reports related to customer service and sales statistics, then propose recommendations;
- Work with the New Vehicle Sales Manager to achieve the dealership's sales objectives;
- Participate in the hiring, induction, training and evaluation of new vehicle sales team members;
- Write reports on the progress made by trainees or new sales advisors during their training and probation periods;
- Support the entire sales team in administrative tasks such as contract follow-up, internet publications, preparation of sales documents and inventory updates.

Tasks related to inventory management:

- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Ensure that vehicles and the yard are in impeccable condition to provide a brand image to customers;
- Perform visual assessments of trade-in vehicles.
