Sales Consultant - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Groupe Lanctôt, a group that is always expanding! We are looking for Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultants for our Volkswagen Laurentides dealership!

- An automotive group with 4 dealerships: Volkswagen Laurentides, Vaudreuil Volkswagen, Hawkesbury Ford and Volkswagen Ste-Agathe;

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:

- Complete the VW Academy's Volkswagen training during the probationary period;
- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust;
- Help the customer to choose a vehicle according to their needs;
- Explain to the customer the performance of the products, their operation and their advantages;
- Offer road tests to all your customers;
- Obtain the required information and complete all the necessary documents for the preparation of the vehicle;
- Perform any other task related to the position.

Prerequisites:

- Highly autonomous;
- Initiative;
- Comfortable with Excel, Word and Serti (an asset).
