Your role at the heart of the action:

You'll be the Service Manager's helper, with the possibility of taking over in the future. Here are your main responsibilities:

- Support the technical advisors in their day-to-day work and provide coaching;
- Act as technical advisor at the counter to provide outstanding customer service;
- Manage the opening and closing of internal work orders and for clients;
- Track parts on order for new and used vehicles;
- Supervise the work of customers and technical advisors;
- Perform various related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service department.

- Significant experience as a Service Advisor;
- Valid driver's licence;
