We are looking for a talented Territory Sales-Field Sales Account Executive (Hybrid role) to join our team specializing in Sales for Mississauga, Ont.

Job Summary:

Prospects and develops new opportunities to grow the business. Independently develops/executes account plans to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals within the assigned sales territory, market segment or channel partners.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 
 

  • Increase sales by identifying and contacting prospective customers.
  • Execute account plans and conduct face-to-face sales calls with top prospects.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships to understand their needs and buying processes.
  • Offer tailored Cummins solutions based on customer priorities and needs.
  • Negotiate effectively within company guidelines, including payment terms.
  • Assist with accounts receivables and maintain acceptable levels of past due accounts.
  • Drive sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent use of Cummins tools and processes.
  • Mentor less experienced account executives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance inventory and delivery capabilities.

  • Account Planning: Identify objectives and track progress to drive execution of business strategies


Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
Required: College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. 
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Qualifications

With a Fleet Focus the successful candidate will be responsible for creating preference for the Cummins line of product from a first fit and aftermarket lens, while driving service business growth to the local Cummins branch.
