Our Mercedes Benz Oakville is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing team!
Job Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day to day support for the dealership's marketing strategy, and administrative duties such as tracking metrics for campaigns, direct social media and other communication platforms that form part of our marketing strategy such as email campaigns and support for social media and sponsorship events. This role aligns with 2-3 years of administrative experience.
Core Accountabilities
- Monitor and maintain all digital platforms.
- Monitor and maintain dealership website, on a daily basis.
- Manage and respond to Google and other review programs, daily.
- Maintain and engage social media posts.
- Support creative endeavours for various digital platforms.
- Ensure all digital Marketing is consistent with AWIN marketing strategy and aligns with their brand guidelines.
- Maintain communication templates for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor inventory to ensure integration from our CRM to various providers is accurate.
- Ad-hoc campaign support - brand and tactical eDMs, new product communications, announcement emails, Sales Events etc.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in business administration, or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in an administrative capacity.
- Understanding and expertise in brand building and brand management.
- Social media savvy, is an asset, but not necessary.
- Experience with graphic design, webpage building and marketing-related software tools.
- Knowledge of ethical marketing best practices and associated regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Internet, technologies, and solutions.
- Hands-on experience to build and maintain relationships with key business partners, including retailers, wholesalers, and resellers.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits and other events.
- High level of proficiency with dealership software (CDK or Reynolds, 180) is an asset.
- High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
