The Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning for Home & Auto, Recreational Vehicles & Quebec is responsible for working vertically with Marketing team and horizontally with stakeholders across the Enterprise to develop and implement marketing strategies for key strategic P&C business lines.This role is responsible to develop & implement plans and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams supporting key lines of business within the organization and provides leadership to MarCom senior professionals within its portfolio. Required to develop plans and then partner to determine key Marketing priorities across the Enterprise. Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning requires comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles. Critical oversight that marketing programs are developed, implemented, and managed to support department, field, and the corporate objectives.
How you will create impact:
- Recommend, plan, execute and manage marketing programs as required for key P&C lines of business.
- Marketing programs may include (but are not limited) to integrated marketing campaigns, email programs, social media programs, tradeshows and sales support materials.
- Manage annual marketing plans for multiple lines of business.
- Act as marketing lead for their specific portfolio with various teams across the enterprise such as product, pricing, sales teams, digital properties, communications, digital marketing and others.
- Manage and lead team while providing development, training, coaching counsel to team members.
- Impacts the business results of their respective portfolios within the organization by setting priorities, allocating time and resources to plan and execute.
- Define baseline KPIs/metrics, evaluate past performance, ongoing optimizations, measure & track against targets.
- Manage overall marketing budgets and forecasting and planning.

To join our team:
- You have a bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing.
- You have 6 - 9 years of experiences in Marketing leadership.
- You have exposure to Strategy, Planning & Performance Marketing working in B2C.
- You have Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing skills.
- You have strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- You have strong stakeholder management skills.
- You have strong people leadership and people management skills and experience.
- You have a solid understanding of marketing financial services.
- You have strong understanding of business environments across the enterprise
