Job description
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, from 4pm to 8pm;
- Fridays, from 9am to 8pm;
- Saturdays, from 10am to 4pm.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person;
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing and document organization;
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and deliveries;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively;
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite;
- Excellent telephone etiquette and familiarity with telephone systems;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive information with professionalism.
