Job description
Groupe AutoForce is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at the Business Development Center (BDC). You will be the first point of contact for our sales department clients, providing them with an exceptional experience at every interaction.
Location: Pincourt, J7W 0K9 (In-person)
Your schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week, with a fixed schedule that includes day and evening shifts
- Department hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer requests via web, email, and phone to generate appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with the dealerships, and follow up with clients.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center, administration, customer service, or client support
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English
- Knowledge of computer tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM (an asset)
