Steele Hyundaiis seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our growing team!

As an Automotive Detailer at Steele Hyundai, you will meticulously clean and restore the interior and exterior of vehicles to a pristine condition. This includes thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of the car's surfaces, as well as attention to detail in restoring upholstery, carpets, and other interior components.

Hourly Wage Range: $17.05 - $19.25

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

• Inspect and report any imperfections or damage on new vehicles to management promptly to ensure accurate documentation and resolution.
• Apply interior and exterior cleaning products to sold vehicles, ensuring proper techniques for optimal results and customer satisfaction.
• Perform vehicle buffing and detailing as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Prepare both new and used vehicles for display and delivery, ensuring they are in excellent condition and presented at their best.
• Park vehicles in designated areas on the lot and in delivery zones, following safety protocols and ensuring easy access for customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.

Requirements:

 

• Strong desire to contribute to a collaborative Service Department focused on teamwork and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Experience in vehicle cleaning (both interior and exterior) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, including the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• A proactive, hardworking, and self-motivated attitude, with a keen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized lot.
