Job Description

NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
 

  • Identify growth opportunities in targeted areas and recruit new merchants
  • Actively participate in negotiating contracts and integrating merchants into the Unimax network
  • Ensure the opening and successful deployment of new points of sale in collaboration with internal teams
  • Identify Otobox stores that could become Point S and V1
  • Identify and transfer Méga Pneu and Pneus Prestige stores to more prestigious banners such as Point S, V1, and Otobox
  • Build strong relationships with Account Managers at Stox/other distributors
  • Identify potential acquisition targets


NETWORK OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
 

  • Oversee and support existing merchants to ensure adherence to banner standards regarding service, quality, and brand image
  • Implement operational processes, including training, to optimize merchant performance
  • Visit merchants twice a year, with one visit focused on operations/training and the second for follow-up
  • Organize and lead training sessions to enhance merchant teams' skills in tire sales, management, customer service, and products
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchants, ensuring regular follow-up and proactive support to meet their needs and resolve issues
  • Deploy sales, marketing, and promotional programs tailored to the specific needs of the market
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize impact and merchant engagement
  • Set specific performance objectives with each merchant
  • Communicate merchant performance and results to the Business Development Manager
  • Develop initiatives to diversify merchant activities and enhance their competitiveness


Qualifications
 

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales
  • Experience in field sales is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales to drive the development of long-term partnerships
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership
  • Good communicator, team player
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results
  • Excellent listening skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Meticulous in identifying the right opportunities and following up on accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with technology: MS Office, CRM. MS Office, (CRM is a plus).
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Motivated, self-reliant, and well-organized
