Job Description:

As a Sales Advisor at Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques, you will be an essential member of our sales team, responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. You will be responsible for understanding each customer's individual needs, advising them on different models and options available, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to our showroom and assist them professionally throughout their visit.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and help them find the vehicle that best suits their requirements and budget.
- Provide detailed information on features, options, warranties, and financing programs available.
- Conduct test drives with customers to allow them to better appreciate the performance and comfort of the vehicles.
- Finalize sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documents are completed correctly.
- Follow up with prospects and potential customers through regular follow-up and proactive communication to foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the sales team and related departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
