Job description
With a job as a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for the company. Receptionist duties include administrative support throughout the organization. You'll welcome customers and greet visitors to the company. You'll also coordinate reception activities, including redirecting telephone calls.
To succeed as a Receptionist, you need to have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You'll also need to be able to deal with emergencies quickly and efficiently, while carrying out office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Requirements:
- Telephone skills;
- Good verbal communication skills;
- Bilingual (English), an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and computers;
- Good listening skills, professionalism, customer focus, good organization and good at informing others.
Working conditions:
- Full-time daytime position (40 hours per week);
- Occasional evening or weekend replacement;
- Salary to be discussed in person according to experience;
