Job description
Our dealership is looking for a Service Advisor for its service department.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates professionalism as well as excellent organizational skills.
Reporting to the Service Manager, here are the main tasks you'll be expected to perform:
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maximize visibility to solicit new customers;
- Know and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Handle customer complaints promptly as directed by senior management;
- Ability to manage multiple incoming and outgoing vehicles (busy dealership)
- Perform any other tasks required for this position.

The incumbent must:
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a related position;
- Knowledge of SDS and Merlin software (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Bilingualism.
