Job description
Groupe Carbur is looking for an automotive Sales Representative who wants to grow and thrive in an inspiring and constantly evolving environment.
Schedule:
- Day and evening;
- Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week);
- 5-day schedule (including 1 Saturday out of 2).
Salary:
- $80,000 per year and more, including bonuses and commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, establish a relationship of trust and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Help customers choose a vehicle by asking them questions and listening carefully to their answers to identify their needs;
- Explain product performance, operation and benefits to potential customers;
- Describe any optional equipment the customer may wish to purchase;
- Negotiate the price and have the transaction approved by the sales manager;
- Monitor the readiness of the vehicle sold and ensure that the file is in line with the agreement reached;
- If necessary, deliver the vehicle to the customer;
- Update customer information via the dealership's customer tracking system;
- Carry out any necessary follow-up after the sale;
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits for customers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence;
- Experience un automotive sales - at least 1 year;
- Professional level English language skills.
