Brief job description:
You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to customers in a professional manner and perform various support functions as requested by your supervisor.
The main duties are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned to other functions:
- Supervise the preparation for delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the options selected have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional.
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, offer a tour of the dealership's facilities and introduce customers to the appropriate personnel, including the Manager and Aftersales Advisor.
- Ensure that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their vehicle.
- Deal promptly with customer problems or complaints, informing the Sales Manager immediately.
- Actively participate in the owner follow-up program to encourage customer loyalty.
- Actively participate in various customer service files (information meetings).
- Replace receptionist as needed.
- Greet sales and after-sales customers as required.
- Support the Sales Manager when necessary.
- Present self in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
Job type: permanent and full-time.
Salary: $18 to $20 per hour.
Expected hours: 45 hours per week.
Experience: 1 year in customer service (preferred).
