VIMONT TOYOTA LAVAL, one of the largest Toyota dealerships in the Montreal area, is currently looking for a PARTS CLERK to support its mission and goals.

We are looking for a dynamic person who will be able to follow established procedures to achieve common goals while communicating passion and ensuring that our clients are offered an outstanding level of excellence at all times.

Your tasks:

    • Receive, handle and ship parts;
    • Perform management of the inventory;
    • Process part orders;
    • Deliver parts on the North Shore and in the Greater Montreal;
    • Serve Technicians and customers at the counter;
    • Ensure the department is clean and organized;
    • Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license (class 5);
    • Bilingualism (French / English);
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Customer service skills;
    • Teamwork appreciation;
    • Autonomous, punctual and initiative;
    • Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds;
    • Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission;
    • Courteous on the road;
    • Experience in a car dealership (an asset);
    • Knowledge of ERA-Ignite and Reynolds systems (an asset);
    • Knowledge of online sales (an asset).
