Grenier Chrysler is looking for a Service Advisor to join its dynamic and high-performance team.

In the performance of your duties, you will have to:

- Greet customers, take charge of their vehicle and define their needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Answer the phone quickly and courteously;
- Promote our specials and preventive maintenance.

The skills required for the position are as follows:

- 2 years of experience in the field of after-sales services;
- Focused on offering remarkable and distinguished customer service;
- Punctuality, professionalism and courtesy;
- Dynamism, involvement and empathy.
