The Losier family's love affair with the Mitsubishi brand goes back a long way. Mr. Réjean Losier and his sons, Simon and Maxime, became devotees by participating in rally races behind the wheel of these iconic Japanese cars.

Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Mr. Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in Blainville in 2003, in partnership with Groupe Boisvert. It was the start of a great adventure!

Today, Groupe Losier owns 4 Mitsubishi dealerships and several recreational vehicle and pre-owned vehicle dealerships, and has a bright future ahead of it. That's why we're constantly on the lookout for new talent to add to our teams.

We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Clerk to join our team and contribute to the success of our dealership. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, solid experience and mastery of SERTI software, we want to hear from you!

Here's a DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS:

The Parts Clerk plays a crucial role in the operational success of a car dealership. You'll be expected to:

- Greet customers and respond to their requests for parts and accessories;
- Identify, order and supply parts according to customer needs;
- Ensure efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing and stocking parts;
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment;
- Collaborate with service team and technicians to ensure prompt and accurate service;
- Use SERTI software to manage orders and inventories;
- Participate in developing strategies to optimize sales of parts and accessories.

Here are the KNOW-HOWs and BEHAVIORS we're looking for:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position (essential);
- Mastery of SERTI software (essential);
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and their applications;
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
