Service Advisor

Groupe Duclos is looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at its Longueuil dealership.

Job duties / responsibilities :

- Greeting customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with Chrysler certified service technicians;
- Follow-up on the manufacturer's maintenance logbook and suggest maintenance to be done;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other job-related tasks.
