Service Advisor - Laval - competitive salary

Salary:

- Up to $80,000 per year depending on your performance;

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingualism;
- Sales skills;
- Focus on customer service excellence;
- Toyota product knowledge (an asset).

Brief job description:

You will greet customers and gather the information required to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also sell maintenance services according to customer needs, while ensuring quality customer service.
