Lexus Gabriel Brossard is looking for automotive sales talent.
Here's what you'll be doing at Lexus Gabriel Brossard:
- Greet customers, establish a relationship of trust and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Help customers choose a vehicle, making sure we understand their needs;
- Explain product performance and operation to potential customers;
- Offer road tests to potential customers;
- Know and understand the concepts of equity and residual value, and be able to explain the principle of depreciation to customers;
- Present the price and have the transaction approved by the Sales Manager;
- Notify the Sales Manager of any exchange, refund or credit note;
- Submit all completed transactions to the Sales Manager;
- Prepare and adequately inform the customer in order to optimize the meeting with the Sales Manager;
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc;
- Know and understand all laws governing automotive retail sales;
- After delivery, follow up on accessories, documents or other special requests promised to the customer to ensure that all expectations are met;
- Solicit and seek out new customers on a regular basis;
- Assist with vehicle display in showroom, vehicle parking;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
